Who Was Sandra Blake?
Sandra Marcela Blake passed away on August 20th, 2005 to pancreatic cancer.
She was a mother, wife, grandmother, sister, friend, sister in Christ, amongst others.
Sandra loved family and friends. She believed in the importance of family. She also believed in
the importance of earning an education. As a result, the family of Sandra Blake created this
memorial scholarship foundation in 2007 to carry on Sandra's legacy. Sandra always put people
before herself and this scholarship foundation will continue on helping people as they strive for
self-empowerment.
